Dr. Ebne Rafi is a board certifed amublatory care pharmacist who has worked in both the hospital and clinic settings. Through his experience he has seen patients from all walks of life struggle to afford their medications. He started MedAxe Consults with the belief that everyone has the right to affordable medications, and it is his goal to use his experience with the healthcare system to help as many people live long and happy lives by helping them afford their medications.
